Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Solo, and Maestro as methods of payments. Alternatively you can pay by personal or company cheque. We will despatch your order as soon as soon as the cheque clears. Papal payments are also accepted.

For your security all card payment details are SSL encrypted and stored on a secure server.

Any orders exceeding 20Kg in weight will be quoted upon receipt of order.

To ensure next day delivery to any UK Mainland address, orders must be received before 1.00pm to allow for picking & packing. The Next Day delivery option placed on Friday’s will be delivered Monday. The Next Day delivery option placed on Saturday’s & Sunday’s will be delivered on Tuesday.

PLEASE NOTE: A signature is required for all deliveries, goods cannot be left unsigned for unless an agreement has been made to leave goods with a neighbour or you’re back garden. In both cases this is done at your own risk.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to prevent fraud all first time orders paid for by Credit/Debit cards will only be delivered to the cardholders billing address.

Returns & Refunds

We aim to provide accurate descriptions of all goods on the website so you can make in informed decision before the purchase. However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you are able to return it for a full refund within 7 days of receipt providing it has not been used and it is in its original packaging. Please be advised that you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage. We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of no more than 15%.

For all returns please send an email to info@seebotools.co.uk or Tel: 01787 240013 quoting your order number and date of purchase and then return the goods to us.

FAULTY GOODS / INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED OR DAMAGED GOODS. You should contact us within 7 working days and follow the returns procedure above. You will receive a replacement or full refund for the goods and any carriage cost incurred.
